- Barouillet - Splash Pet Nat: This wine, to be served well chilled, can be drunk on its own, without accompaniment, it is a festive wine, an aperitif, to be drunk with friends in summer. It can be drunk at any time of the day or night. It will go very well with seafood, Serrano ham in chiffonade, a ceviche of scallops or a Coeur de Neufchatel.
Noita - Flux Lumen: Serve this one super cold for maximum refreshment. and whilst being zippy and refreshing, it also features a slight creamy aspect too. Expect notes of green apples, citrus, salt and a touch of meadow flowers :)
Staffelter Hof - Portugeezer:
Portuguese grapes from in the Mosel valley in Germany?!? YES! Jan from Staffelter Hof likes to experiment and has grown these grapes in the Mosel to see what happened! We found this lovely wine to be naturally slightly gassy with notes of apricot, tangerine, fizzy sweets, mild honeysuckle and herbs. Lovely stuff with Minerality also coming through!
We truely hope you'll enjoy! Once again. Please let uw know what you think.
