Georg Schmeltzer is a 4th generation winemaker in Gols, a commune near the Hungarian border in Neusiedlersee. His experience, combined with a natural wine philosophy, makes for tasty and fun wines; and yet there’s a structure and purity that hints at the lineage he’s inherited from his family.
This Grüner Veltliner is a wine that doesn’t need to be analysed. It's clean, easygoing and needs to be consumed. Preferrably in good company ;) It’s clear and bright although it’s unfiltered. The simple look unveils some lemony notes, white pepper and a slight herbal touch. Enjoy boys & girls!
