Fête Parisienne  is a red PetNat a bomb of fruit from an assamble of old Cabernet Sauvignons and Merlots. A must-discover sparkling treat for bubble lovers.

Mathieu is a jack of all trades, or maybe it's just that he's afraid of being bored? In any case, he leads two careers: that of consulting oenologist and that of natural winemaker.
He has always lived in the vineyards and when he became a student he decided to follow a course in plant biology and geology supplemented by a diploma in oenology at the University of Bordeaux. Then fascinated by the interactions between the plant and its environment, soil, terroir, he decided to turn his research and work towards the vine.
He then undertook soil studies in different large houses (Grand Puy DucasseFieuzalLa Tour Martillac, etc.) in order to understand the water profiles of the different terroirs visited and their impacts on the complexity of the wines. Not everyone wants to be a technician!

He emerged ten years later with the status of independent consultant oenologist and has since then placed himself alongside winegrowers who wish to be supported in their production process. But Mathieu has a specialization: that of 'natural oenology' as he likes to call it. 2012 will mark a real turning point in his career, both as a consultant and as a winemaker, since he will meet Jacques Fourès, founding member of the Mouvement d'Agriculture Bio Dynamique. And the latter will introduce him to this profile of natural agriculture by clarifying his feelings on the ground and shaking up a large part of these certainties. Since then, Mathieu will learn to unlearn and approach life and wine differently. Biodynamics will become his hobby horse and he will apply this method both in his advice to other winegrowers and on his personal plots. Biodynamic in the vineyard and no input in the cellar, his wines stand out in the Bordeaux wine industry, to our greatest pleasure!
