100% hand-harvested organic Chardonnay grapes from Burgenland, Austria.
Vineyards owned by Julius Hafner. Vines planted in the mid-90s in Mönchhof on the east coast of lake neusiedl and have been registered organic since 2007.
Chardonnay fermented on skins in a 100 year old Kakhetian qvevri for 6 months. Some maturation in stainless steel before bottling. So2 added before bottling.
Native yeast, nothing else added. Unfined, unfiltered, suitable for vegans.
