Noita - Spritzer Red
Leftover skins and rinds from red wine production are used with apple juice to make a low-alcohol (5.5%), naturally bubbly starter wine spritzer.
Noita Spritzer Red is reddish purple in colour, with a dry, berry, blackberry and apple flavour. The drink is unfiltered, organic and vegan, with minimal intervention in the process of making it into a spritzer.
Low alcohol, naturally carbonated co-ferment made by the rehydration of organic grape pomace immediately after the free-run wine is removed.
Strawberry and black currant on the nose. Light and refreshing on the palette.
Pair with wok greens, noodles and fish sauce or with BBQ food
