100% hand harvested Riesling grapes from Burgenland, Austria.
Vineyards owned by Julius Hafner. This year’s Riesling was harvested from an adjacent block to 2018. These vines are in their second year of the organic registration process.
Grapes were transported cold, direct from harvest, for vinification in Fiskars Village, Finland. 36 hours of cool skin maceration before pressing to stainless steel. Native ferment. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
Unfined, unfiltered, free of sulphites and suitable for vegans.
