Sébastien Fézas took over Domaine Jeandaugé that had been in his family for generations from his father back in 2012. The domaine had been managed in a conventional way but with respect for the land and the soil. However, straight away Sébastien started converting the 28 hectares of land (!) situated around the family farm towards organic farming by introducing biodynamic and polycultural practices in the vineyards.

The many different plots are planted with traditional Jurancon grape varieties such as  Chardonnay, Colombard, Gros-Manseng, Ugni-Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and the rare local variety Tannat. The average age of the vines is around 25 years and the sub-soils consists of limestone and clay.

Although firmly grounded in the Jurancon tradition and with a ringing southwestern accent, Sébastien has an openminded and experimental approach to natural winemaking. He makes everything from undisgorged pét-nats to oxidative wines that are not topped up for years in the casks, and he even distills his own Armagnac – from estate vineyards, of course. In other words a young, talented winemaker to look out for!

"Partie Fine" means "Pleasure Party" in French and drinking this wine felt that way. 75% Colombard, 25% Ugni Blanc.
Vinification in concrete tanks. Fermentation for 5 weeks. Aged on lees for 1 month before blending. Wine without input, in native yeasts, not fined, not filtered.

Liveliness and exciting. A white wine with freshness and minerality. Straightforward, lively with nice citrus note
