Since the wine is still very young, we recommend opening it at least 6 hours before drinking it, after 2 days we found it to be the best and most open. Or let it mature in the cellar for 1-5 years. We see enormous mature potential.
The Voodoo Doll is an orange, slightly oxidative Riesling. An interesting interplay between mild tannins and aromas of ripe citrus fruits. Served slightly chilled, it is an ideal aperitif, but also goes well with an appetizer or cheese.
It's an amazing natural orange wine with 100% Riesling from Rheinhessen. 4 weeks of skin contact maceration. Aged under the floor for a year. Rich amber color. Notes of pumpkin, orange peel, dried apricot, figs and almond.
Great balance of sweetness and tannins, with good acidity and long aftertaste. It's really voodoo magic!
