Grandbois Wines is an organic winery and farm in the heart of the Middle Moselle. It is managed by the couple Philippe and Tanja Grandbois. Grandbois Wines is a first generation winery.

It is located in the historic village of Maring-Noviand, tucked away along the old Moselle Trail, just a few hundred meters from the historic Lieser River. Philippe, a French Canadian, is the owner with his wife Tanja, daughter Claire Anne and son Henry Clarence. The story of Grandbois wines begins in Canada's Okanagan Valley, where Tanja and Philippe met when they were both working in the wine and hospitality industry. 2021 was the first vintage under the family brand, but since 2018, when the Grandbois officially moved to the Mosel, you'll also find collaborative products with unique German winemakers

The Bacchus Bad Behavior is inspired by the Ouessant sheep that roam our land. The Bacchus vines were planted in 1971 and are located in a picturesque part of the Moselle.

This Petnat has a medium perlage and offers aromas of quince and lemon, with a hint of dried herbs and floral notes - a wine for those looking for something playful.

The name "Bad Behavior" comes from the male sheep that often escape and nibble on the neighbors' grasses. It's part of the territory.
